RESOLUTION TO ENTER INTO AGREEMENT WITH THE METROPOLITAN
WASTE CONTROL COMMISSION TO PARTICIPATE IN THE INFILTRATION/
INFLOW ANALYSIS PROGRAM (I /I)
WHEREAS, it has been determined to be in the best interest of the City of
Fridley, Minnesota to enter into Agreement with the Metropolitan Waste
Control Commission to participate in the Infiltration /Inflow Analysis
Program, and
WHEREAS, The City of Fridley is aware that in order to particpate in said
Infiltration /Inflow Analysis Program the City will have to provide a ten
percent (10 %) local share of the cost for said Program.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY,
MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS:
That the City of Fridley shall enter into an agreement with the Metropolitan
Waste Control Commission to participate in the Infiltration /Inflow Analysis
Program, and
That the City of Fridley hereby agrees to provide ten percent (10 %) of the
local share of the project.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY, THIS 21ST DAY
OF APRIL, 1980.
