RESOLUTION NO. 34 - 1980
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF
SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON LOT 1 AND PART OF LOT 2, PARCELS
100 AND 200, AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION NO. 77, AND PARCEL 6000,
SECTION 11, AND REPLATTING INTO REGISTERED LAND SURVEY NO. 74
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect to certain
land and said land has subsequently been subdivided and replatted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
That the assessments levied against the following described parcels, to -wit:
Lot 1 and part of Lot 2, Parcels 100 and 200, Auditor's Subdivision No. 77,
and Parcel 6000, Section 11, may and shall be apportioned and divided and
platted as follows:
