RESOLUTION NO. 73 - 1980
RESOLUTION RENAMING THAT PART OF 41ST AVENUE, LYING BETWEEN
MAIN STREET AND CALIFORNIA STREET, TO 40 112 AVENUE N.E.
WHEREAS, this portion of 41st Avenue lies one -half (112) block north of 40th
Avenue;
WHEREAS, the Police and Fire Departments of the City of Fridley concur with
' the proposed name change for the general safety and welfare of the area
residents;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That part of 41st Avenue, lying between Main Street and California Street
be renamed 40 112 Avenue N.E.
2. The City Finance Director is hereby directed to register said street name
change with (A) the proper Anoka County authorities (B) the appropriate
postal authorities, and (C) all other interested parties.
3. That this change will take effect on September 1, 1980.
