RESOLUTION NO. 88 - 1980
A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND FINAL PLANS AND SPECI-
FICATIONS AND ESTIMATES OF COSTS THEREOF: WATER, SANITARY SEWER
AND STORM SEWER PROJECT #131 (GREAT NORTHERN INDUSTRIAL CENTER).
WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting street improvements, including
grading, stabilized base, hot -mix bituminous mat, concrete curb, and gutter,
sidewalks, water and sanitary sewer services, storm sewer system, and other
facilities, located on the following plats:
Great Northern Industrial Bounded by Industrial Blvd. and 51st
Center Way
was duly presented to the Council on the 4th day of August, 1980; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted August 4, 1980, a
report has been prepared with reference to the improvement, and this report
was received by the Council August 4, 1980;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all
owners of real property abutting upon the street(s) named as the location
of the improvement.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution
adopted August 11, 1980.
3. John G. Flora is hereby designated as the Engineer for this improvement.
He shall prepare plans and specifications and estimates of costs thereof
for the making of such improvements.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 11TH DAY
OF AUGUST, 1980.
