RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO APPROVE
THE LIMITED USE PERMIT REQUIRED BY THE MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION FOR USE OF PORTIONS OF T. H. 47 RIGHT -OF -WAY FOR
A BIKEWAY
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City to obtain a Limited Use Permit from the
Minnesota Department of Transportation to construct and operate a bikeway
within state highway right -of -way,
WHEREAS, the City is agreeable to the terms of the said permit and finds it
consistent with our proposed bikeway plans.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized
to approve the said permit.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 8TH
DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1980.
