RES 1980-98 - 00006570150 , RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 1980 „ A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF HEARING ON THE PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE TREATMENT AND REMOVAL OF TREES (1980) BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows: 1. The City Council shall meet at the City Hall in the City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota on the 22nd day of September, 1980, at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon the proposed assessment for the following named improvement 2. The City Clerk shall publish notices of the time and place of meeting in the official newspaper of the City at least two (2) weeks prior to such meeting. QUEESHI 0072A/0687A 151 Page 2 -- RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 1980 CITY OF FRIDLEY ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA NOTICE OF HEARING OF ASSESSMENT FOR TREATMENT AND REMOVAL OF TREES (1980) "EXHIBIT A" Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Fridley will meet at the City Hall in said City on the 22nd day of September, 1980 at 7:30 p.m. to hear and pass upon all objections, if any, to the proposed assessments in respect to the following improvement, to -wit: TREATMENT AND REMOVAL OF TREES (1980) The proposed assessment roll for each of said imporvements is now on file and open to public inspection by all persons interested, in the office of the Clerk of said City. At said hearing the Council will consider written or oral objections to the proposed assessments for each of said improvements. The general nature of the improvements and each of them is the treatment or removal of trees located in the City of Fridley. Pt Lot 15, Parcel 1070 Auditor's Sub. #129 Lots 29 & 30, Block 15 Camp Howards & Hush's First Lots 17 -19, Block 1 Edgewater Gardens Lot 5, Block 1 Holiday Hills Lot 7, Block 2 Innsbruck 2nd Addition Lot 8, Block 1 Melody Manor Lots 12 & 13, Block 5 Melody Manor Lots 13 -16, Block 8 Spring Brook Park Addition ' Lots 17 -21, Block 8 Spring Brook Park Addition The area proposed to be assessed for said improvements and each of them is all that land benefited by said improvements or each of them and is the same as those listed above. Said improvements will be assessed against the properties within the above notice area. A property owner may appeal an assessment to the district court by serving notice of appeal upon the City Mayor or Clerk within twenty (20) days after adoption of the assessment and filing such notice with the district court within ten (10) days after service upon the Mayor or Clerk.
