RES 1981-10 - 0000614123 RESOLUTION NO. 10 - 1981 A RESOLUTION ORDERING PRELIMINARY PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTIMATES OF THE COSTS THEREOF: STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 1981 - 1 BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fridley as follows: 1. That it appears in the interests of the City and of the property owners affected that there be constructed certain improvements to -wit: Street improvements, including grading, stabilized base, hot -mix bituminous mat, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalks, storm sewer system and other facilities located as follows: Viron Road Osborne Road south 450 lin, ft. to existing Viron Road Service Drive Madison Avenue Osborne Road to 290 feet south University Avenue East Service Drive 73rd Avenue south 100 lin. ft. University Avenue West Service Drive 73rd Avenue north 100 lin. ft. Commerce Circle East - Commerce Circle East cul -de -sac south South Extension to Community Park parking lot Asphalt Surfacing Community North of 69th Avenue and west of Park Parking Lot University Avenue Matterhorn Drive (overlay) University Avenue West Service Drive (overlay) 73rd Avenue (overlay) Beech Street (overlay) Elm Street (overlay) Tennis Court Tennis Court Gardena Avenue south 1,224 lin. ft. Flora, City Hall, Fridley, Minnesota, is hereby authorized and directed to draw the preliminary plans and specifications and to tabulate the results of his estimates of the costs of said improvements, including every item of cost from inception to completion and all fees and expenses incurred (or to be incurred) in connection therewith, or the financing thereof, and to make a preliminary report of his findings, stating therein whether said improvements are feasible and whether they can best be made as proposed, or in connection with some other improvements (arid the estimated cost as recommended) including also a description of the lands or area as may receive benefits there from and as may be proposed to be assessed. 24 Pag� 2 -- RESOLUTION NO. 10 - 1981 3.
