HEARING ON A PROPOSED HOUSING PLAN UNDER MINNESOTA
SMU'iFS6 CHAPTM 4620 AND AUMORIZING PUBLICATION OF
NOTICE THEREFOR
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes Sections 462C et seq. authorizes a city to
plan, administer and make or purchase a loan to finance a multi - family
housing development after adoption of a housing plan; and
WHEREAS, the housing plan must be considered at a public hearing after
notice published 30 days prior to the date of said hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. That the City Council of Fridley (the "City ") will conduct a public
hearing on the proposed housing plan on the 7th day of December, 1981 at
7:30 p.m.
2. That the City Clerk of the City is hereby authorized to cause a public
notice, substantially in the form of the notice attached hereto as Exhibit
At to be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the City on
November 4, 1981, or sane other date which is at least 30 days prior to
December 7, 1981.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the governing body of the City of Fridley,
Minnesota, (the "City "), will meet on December 7, 1981, at 7:30 p.m. at
the City offices in Fridley, Minnesota, for the purpose of conducting a
public hearing on a proposed Housing Plan for the City of Fridley,
prepared and to be considered pursuant to, and in compliance with,
Minnesota Satutes, Chapter 462C, as amended. The plan will describe the
housing needs of the City, the plan of the City to meet those needs,
methods of financing housing, minimum qualifications of lending
institutions participating, City — sponsored mortgages and other matters
regulation the use and issuance of residential mortgage revenue bonds.
All persons interested may appear and be heard at the time and place set
forth above.
