WHEREAS, under the provisions of Minnesota State Statutes, Section 462C,
the City of Fridley may develop and administer programs of making mortgage
loans to finance single family and multi - family housing developments
within its boundaries; and
WHEREAS, under the above stated chapter, the City must develop a housing
plan and program which must be submitted to the Metropolitan Council for
review and the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency for approval; and
WHEREAS, the City has prepared said housing plan in conformance to Chapter
462C of the Laws of the State of Minnesota.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of Fridley hereby
adopt the Fridley Housing Plan and submit this plan to the Metropolitan
Council for review and the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency for approval
as required by State Law.
