RESOLUTION NO. 15 - 1981
A RESOLUTION NAMING THE DIRECTOR OF CENTRAL SERVICES/
CITY CLERK AS ALTERNATE DIRECTOR OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT
INFORMATION SYSTEM ( LOGIS)
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley on May 1, 1972, adopted Resolution No.
52 -1972 authorizing the Mayor and City Manager to execute a Joint Powers
Agreement for participation in a Local Government Information System ( LOGIS)
and appointed the City Manager as Director and the Finance Director as
Alternate Director of the LOGIS organization; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley desires to change the designated Alternate
Director from Finance Director to the Director of Central Services /City Clerk;
Now THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley
that in accordance with Article IV, Board of Directors, Section 3, of said
Agreement, the Director of Central Services /City Clerk is hereby appointed
Alternate Director of the LOGIS organization.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 9TH DAY OF
FEBRUARY, 1981.
