A RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE PRELIMINARY REPORT ON THE MATTER OF THE
CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS: WATER AND SANITARY SEWER

WHEREAS, the construction of certain improvements is deemed to be in the
interest of the City of Fridley and the property owners
affected thereby.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City of Fridley, as follows:
1. That the preliminary report submitted by the Public
Works Director is
hereby received and accepted.
2. That the improvements are not to be assessed to the
owners of property
within the area of construction.
3. That the improvement will be paid for from the Public
Utility Fund.
4. That any future water connection onto this watermain
will be assessed for
their proportionate share of the improvement cost.
