A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATION TO ENTER INTO AN
AGREEMENT WITH MEDTRONICS, INCORPORATED FOR STREET AND
BIKEWAY /WALKWAY EASEMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley desires to develop street improvements and
easement bikeway /walkway on land owned by Medtronics, Incorporated; and
WHEREAS, THE City and Medtronics, Incorporated have agreed to these easements
in return for the City's permission for Medtronics, Incorporated to use the
entire area to comply with zoning requirements.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY:
1. That THE City enter into an agreement for the easments with Medtronics,
Incorporated.
2. That the Mayor and City Manager be designated to execute the said
agreement.
