A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND FINAL PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS
AND ESTIMATES OF COSTS THEREOF: WATER AND SANITARY SEWER PROJECT
NO. 133
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley, Public Works Department, is requesting certain
improvements including grading, aggregate base, hot -mixed bituminous mat,
sanitary sewer, water and other facilities, located at the following areas:
1. Sanitary Sewer Connection at Jackson Street and Mississippi Street.
2. Water Looping System at 68th Place (Lucia Lane to Service Drive), then
North on East side of Highway No. 65 (68th Place to 68th Avenue).
3. Watermain Replacement (Rice Creek Boulevard East to Cul -De -Sac).
and this request was duly presented to the Council on the 23rd day of
February 1981; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted February 23, 1981, a
report has been prepared with reference to the improvement, and this report
was received by the Council February 23, 1981;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution
adopted March 9, 1981.
2. John G. Flora, Public Works Director, is hereby designated as the
Engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications
and estimates of costs thereof for the making of such improvements.
