RESOLUTION NO. 34 - 1981
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHANGES IN APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE
GENERAL AND OTHER FUNDS FOR THE YEAR 1980
WHEREAS, the City has had expenditures not budgeted for in Commissions
principally because of a money transfer to an outside agency; and
WHEREAS, the amount received by the City from F.Y.S.A. for Capital
Expenditures should be reflected as a deposit within the General Fund as per
agreement; and
WHEREAS, the amount received by the City from F.Y.S.A. for the Community Park
Project was put in the General Fund not reflected in the Proper Fund as per
their intent; and
WHEREAS, the amount budgeted for the Teen Center Fund should be reflected in
the General Fund; and
WHEREAS, the Community Development Fund is now closed and the Fund Balance of
$1,834.24 should be transferred to the Home Ownership Fund; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the budgets of the following divisions and
accounts be amended as follows:
