A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING SIGNING A MODIFICATION OF
THE CITY OF FRIDLEY'S CIVIL DEFENSE PLAN
WHEREAS, Minnesota State Statute 12.25 requires each political subdivision of
the State to establish a local organization for Civil Defense in accordance
with State Civil Defense plans and programs; and
WHEREAS, The City of Fridley has established a local organization for Civil
Defense under Fridley City Code, Chapter 106; and
WHEREAS, State regulations require the City of Fridley's Civil Defense plan
to be updated at this time; and
WHEREAS, The City of Fridley's Civil Defense Plan has been updated to comply
with State requirements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council that the Mayor is
authorized to sign the modified City of Fridley Civil Defense Plan.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 6TH DAY OF
APRIL, 1981.
