RESOLUTION NO. 48 - 1981
A RESOLUTION TO ACQUIRE FEE OWNERSHIP AND EASEMENTS ON
CERTAIN TAX FORFEIT PROPERTIES AND TO RELEASE THE BALANCE
FOR SALE IN JUNE, 1981 BY THE COUNTY AUDITOR AS PER LIST
SENT TO THE CITY OF FRIDLEY IN MARCH, 1981
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City Council of the City of Fridley hereby
requests the County to sell Lots 57 and 58, Block A, Riverview Heights
(Parcel 290 and 295) together as one buildable parcel.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City Council also requests the County to
release the balance of the March 1981 Listing of Tax Forfeit Properties at
the 1981 Tax Forfeited Land Sale.
