A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE EMPLOYEE
BENEFIT ACCRUAL FUND AND FOR TRANSFERRING OF THE LIABILITY
FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THAT EMPLOYEE BENEFIT ACCRUAL FUND
WHEREAS, The City presently carries the liability for all payroll overhead in
the General Fund; and
WHEREAS, This amount represents the liability against the General Fund only;
' and
WHEREAS, This liability amount should be represented as affecting the entire
City; and
WHEREAS, The City needs to have a detailed analysis of payroll expenditures.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That a budget amount of $200,000 be
established for to Employee Benefit Accrual Fund (Fund 14); and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the same amount of $200,000 be transferred from
the General Fund payroll and liability accounts to the Employee Benefit
Acccrual Fund
