A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE COMBINING OF
SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PART OF LOT 5, PARCEL 1750, AND PART
OF LOT 6, PARCEL 1790, AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION NO. 78
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect to certain
land and said land has subsequently been subdivided.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
That the assessments levied against the following described parcels, to -wit:
part of Lot 5, Parcel 1750, and part of Lot 6, Parcel 1790, Auditor's
Subdivision No. 78, may and shall be apportioned and combined as follows:
