A RESOLUTION ADT13ORIZING THE ADKINISTRATION TO REQUEST
1980 - 1981 LOCAL PLWM G ASSISTANCE GRANT FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has receied funds from the Metropolitan Council
under its Local Planning Asstistance Grant Program; and
WHEREAS, these funds have been used to help reimburse the City for funds used to
prepare local Comprehensive Plan required by State Law; and
WHEREAS, the Metro Council has additional funds in the amount of $6,717 in
1980 -81 grant funds available to the City for the preparation of this plan.
NOW, THEREFORE? BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fridley:
1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute the second amendment
to the Grant Agreement between the Metropolitan Council and the City of
Fridley for an additional $6,717.
