A RESOUnT N APPRCERIArM IRMCIPAL STATE -AID FONDS TO
C.S.A.H. OR T.H. PROJECT
WMMIS, It has been deemed advisable and necessary for the City of Fridley to
participate in the cost of a construction project located on C.S.A.H. No. 1
(East River Road) within the limits of said municipality, and
FMS, Said construction project has been approved by the Department of
Highways and identified in its records as S.P. No. 02- 601 -23.
"t THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That we do hereby appropriate from our
Municipal State -Aid Funds the sum of 76,720 dollars to apply toward the
construction of said project and request the Commissioner of Highways to
approve this authorization.
