NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: by the City Council of the City of
Fridley, Anoka, County, Minnesota, at a regular meeting thereof on August
17, 1981.
SECTION 1. That on the 15th day of september 1981, there shall be an
election for the purpose of voting on the following:
