NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley,
Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:

Councilman Ed Hamernik is hereby designated as a director of the Suburban
Rate Authority, and Councilman Robert Barnette is hereby designated to
serve as alternate director of the Suburban Rate Authority for the year
1982 and until their successors are appointed.
