WHEREAS, because of the activity within the Cable Television Commission, the
City had additional expenditures of $5,600 not budgeted for in Other
Commissions; and
WHEREAS, $280,000 was received from a Federal Block Grant in the General Fund
and transferred to the HRA and not budgeted as a revenue or an expenditure;
and
WHEREAS, the amount of money needed to administer the HRA activity in the
General Fund exceeded the budgeted amount by $25,000; and
WHEREAS, the Home Ownership Fund expendiures of $3,600 need to be properly
budgeted for;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the budgets of the following divisions
and funds be amended as follows:
