WHEREAS. a certain petition requesting street improvements, including
grading, stabilized base. hot -mix bituminous mat, sewer, water, storm
sewer and other facilities, located as follows:
64th Avenue
University Avenue Service Drive
to Fifth Street
City Hall Parking Lot
Starlite Circle Satellite Lane to the North
was duly presented to the council on the 19th day of April, 1982, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the council adopted April 5, 1982, a
report has been prepared with reference to the improvement, and this
report was received by the council April 19, 1982;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Fridley, Minnesota:
1. The council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all
owners of real property abutting upon the street(s) named as the
location of the improvement.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council
resolution adopted April 5, 1982.
3. John G. Flora is hereby designated as the Engineer for this
improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications and estimates
of costs thereof for the making of such improvments.
