N19EREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on April 19, 1982, the City
Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of street
improvements including grading, stabilized base, hot -mix bituminous mat,
concrete curb and gutter, sidewalks, storm sewer systems, water and sanitary
sewer services, and other facilities.
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment roll
has been completed and filed in his office f r public inspection.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley,
Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The City Council shall meet at the City Hall in the City of
Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, on the 17th day of May, 1982,
at 7:30 P.M. to pass upon the prop osed assessment for
STREET IMPROvaUNT PRWE)CT Sr. 1981 -1 AND 2
2. The City Clerk shall publish notices of the time and place of
meeting in the official newspaper of the City at least two (2)
weeks prior to such meeting.
