RES(LDTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF HEARING ON PROPOSED
ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ST. 1979 -4
(STORM SEM PORTION)
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on May 17, 1982, the City Clerk
was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of storm sewer and
drainage facilities.
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment roll
has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection.
NOKr THFREECRE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley,
Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The City Council shall meet at the City Hall in the City of Fridley, Anoka
County, Minnesota, on the 7th day of June, 1982, at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon the
proposed assessment for:
STREET IMMOVEMFNT FROJECT ST. 1979 -4 (STORM SEWER PORTION)
2. The City Clerk shall publish notices of the time and place of meeting in
the official newspaper of the City at least two (2) weeks prior to such
meeting.
