1. 2hat the Couwil hereby approves the permit application for the revised
unitary sewer connection of the 80 Fridley line into the 78' MWOC line.
2. That this permit application be forwarded to the Metropolitan Waste
Control Ommission.
3, That this connection is consistent with the City of Fridley Comprehensive
Plan.
