WOMMS, the City of Fridley, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, and the
Environmental Protection Agency Regulations, is required to adjust its sewer
rates periodically based on each class of customers' proportionate share of
the sewage flow, and
NOW, 'ARE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following rate schedule shall be in
effect for sewer service for the City of Fridley. These rates shall be
effective with the first billing after adoption by the City Council.
(a) 'Single Family' Dwellings
(Including Townhouses
and Condominiums)
(b) 'All Others"
(Including Multiple
Dwellings, Trailer
Courts, Cb miercial,
and Industrial)
$18.25 per quarter
$23.00 per quarter -
minimum based on
25,000 gallons
over minimum - $.92 per
1,000 gallons, based on
winter water usage
