A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PERMIT APPLICATION TO THE
METROPOLITAN WASTE CONTROL COMMISSION BY HUETHER
DIS: RIBUTING OOMPANY
BE IT RESCLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley as follows:
1. That the City of Fridley hereby approves the permit application by Kuether
Distributing Company for connection of their sanitary sewer line directly into
a Metropolitan Waste Control Commission manhole= and
2. This manhole connection conforms to the City of Fridley's Comprehensive
Sanitary Sewer Plan.
