WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment roll has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection. NOWF THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley. Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows: 1. The City Council shall meet at the City Hall in the City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota on the 27th day of September, 1982, at 7:30 P.M. to pass upon the proposed assessment for 1982 SERVICE CONNECTION ASSESSMENT RCU 2. The City Clerk shall publish notices of the time and place of meeting in the official newspaper of the City at least two (2) weeks prior to such meeting. At said hearing, the Council will consider written or oral objections to the proposed assessments for each of said improvements. The general nature of the improvements and each of them is the construction and furnishing of sewer mains, laterals, and service connections, and water mains, laterals, and service connections in and to the properties, as follows: S 138 Ft. of Lot 1 Auditor's Subdivision No. 10 Lot 3, Block 1 Alice Addition Lot 21, Block 1 Alice Wall Addition The area proposed to be assessed for said improvements and each of them is all that land benefited by said improvements or each of them and is the same as those listed above. Said improvements will be assessed against the properties within the above noted areas in whole or in part proportionately to each of the lands therein contained according to the benefits received. - A property owner may appeal an assessment to the district court by serving notice of the appeal upon the City Mayor or Clerk within thirty (30) days after adoption of the assessment and filing such notice with the district court within ten (10) days after service upon the City Mayor or Clerk; however, no appeal may be taken as to the amount of any individual assessment unless a written objection signed by the affected property owner is filed with the City Clerk prior to the assessment hearing or presented to the presiding officer at the hearing.
