BE IT RESCLVFD by the Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota,
as follows:
1. It is hereby determined that the assessable cost with respect to the
following named improvement, to wit:
TREATMENT AND REWVAL OF MUM (1982)
including all incidental expenses thereto, is estimated at $18,223.06.
2. The City Clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amounts to be
specially assessed for said inprovement against every assessable lot, piece,
or parcel of land benefited by said im provement acoording to law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 131H DAY OF
SEPTEMBER, 1982.
