RES 1982-78 - 00006053RESOLUFXN NO. 78 — 1982 RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF HEARING ON THE PRLHOSFD ASSESSMENP ROLL FOR 'ME IRFA'tlIIW AND REMOVAL OF TREES (1982 ) BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Fridleyr Anoka Countyr Minnesota, as follows: 1. The City Council shall meet t the City Hall in the City of Fridleyr Anoka Countyr Minnesota, on the 4th day of October, 1982, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. to pass upon the proposed assessment for the following named improvement: TRFAUEn1T AND REMOVAL OF TREES (1982) 2. The City Clerk shall publish notices of the time and place of meetings in the official newspaper of the City at least two (2) weeks prior to such meeting. Said improvements will be assessed against the properties within the above noted area. A property owner may appeal an assessment to the district court by serving notice of the appeal upon the City Mayor or Clerk within thirty (30) days after adoption of the assessment and filing such notice with the district court within ten (10) days after service upon the City Mayor or Clerk= however, no appeal may be taken as to the amount of any individual assessment unless a written objection signed by the affected property owner is filed with the City Clerk prior to the assessment hearing or presented to the presiding officer at the hearing.
