WHEREAS, the City Council approved a lot split at the September 27th, 1982,
meeting, and
WHEREAS, such approval was for the South half of Lot 4, to be combined with
Lot 5, Block 1, Erco's Addition, and
WHEREAS, such approval will allow the construction of a commercial building at
1299 Mississippi Street N.E. by David A. Rramber.
NOW, THEREFORE BE rr RFSQ,VED, that the City Council directs the County of
Anoka to reoord this Lot Split within six months of this approval or else such
approval shall be null and void.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY OJUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 4TH DAY OF
OCTOBER, 1982.
