WHEREAS, The City Council approved a lot split at the October 4, 1982,
meeting, and
WHEREAS, such approval. was for the East 8 feet of vacated alley adjacent to
Lots 21 and 22 in Block 7, Onaway (7753 Beech), to be added to Lots 6 and 7,
Block 7, Onaway (7760 Elm), and
WHEREAS, the City has received the required Certificate of Survey from A.
Oscar Carlson, and
WHEREAS, such approval will allow a 0 foot lot line between 7753 Beech and
7760 Elm Street.
NOW, TdEREFDRE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council directs the County of
Anoka to record this lot split within six months of this approval or else such
approval shall be null and void.
PASSED AND ADOPPED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 25TH DAY OF
OCTOBER, 1982.
