RESOLUTION NO. 102 - 1983
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF
SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON LOT 13, PARCEL 3200, AUDITOR'S
SUBDIVISION NO. 155, AND REPLATTING INTO HOLIDAY NORTH 1ST
ADDITION
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect to certain
land and said land has subsequently been subdivided.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
That the assessments levied against the following described parcel, to -wit:
Lot 13, Parcel 3200, Auditor's Subdivision No. 155, may and shall be
apportioned and divided and replatted into Holiday North 1st Addition, as
