RESOLUTION NO. 104 - 1983
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND FINAL PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTIMATES OF COSTS THEREOF: SANITARY
SUM PROTECT #142
WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting sanitary sewer improvements and other
facilities, located as follows:
73rd Avenue Intersection with T.H. 65
was duly presented to the Council on the 7th day of November, 1983.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fridley,
Minnesota:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all
owners of real property abutting upon the street(s) named as the location
of the improvement.
2. Such improvement is here ordered as
p by proposed in the Council resolution
adopted November 7, 1983.
3. John G. Flora is hereby designated as the Engineer for this improvement.
He shall prepare plans and specifications and estimates of costs thereof
for the making of such improvements.
