RESOLUTION NO. 105 - 1983
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT, APPROVAL OF PLANS AND
ORDERING SOLICITATION OF BIDS: SANITARY SEWER PROTECT

' WHEREAS, the City Council received a petition from 100 percent of the property
owners whose property is liable to be assessed with the making of these
improvements requesting the construction of these improvements; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 104 - 1983 adopted by the City Council of the City of
Fridley ordered all of these improvements.
NOW, THEREFDRE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fridley,
Anoka County, Minnesota as follows:
1. That the following improvements proposed by Council Resolutions are hereby
ordered to be effected and completed as soon as reasonably possible,
to -wit:
Sanitary Sewer Improvements and other facilities located as follows:
73th Avenue Intersection with T.H. 65
That the work involved in said improvements as listed above shall hereinafter
be included as part of:
SANITARY SEWER PROTECT #142
2. The plans and specifications prepared by the Public Works Director for
such improvements and each of them, pursuant to the Council resolutions
heretofore adopted, are hereby approved and shall be filed with the City
Clerk.
The Public Works Director shall accordingly call for bids upon the making of
such improvements under such approved plans and specifications.
