RESOLUTION NO. 17 - 1983
A RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE PRELIMINARY REPORT ON THE
MATTER OF CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS: STREET
IMPR91EMENT PROJECT NO. ST. 1983 -2
WHEREAS, the construction of certain improvements is deemed to be in the
interest of the City of Fridley and the property owners affected thereby;
and
WHEREAS, there is no requirement for a public hearing on the improvement
of Fifth Street from 63rd Avenue to Mississippi Street.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fridley, as follows:
1. That the preliminary report submitted by the Public Works Director is
hereby received and accepted.
2. That the proposed improvements shall be constructed as a Municipal
State Aid Street Improvement Project and that MSAS funds shall be
used to fund these improvements.

OF FEBRUARY, 1983.
