SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTIMATES OF COSTS THEREOF: STREET
IIMPROVEMEMT PRWELT NO. Sr. 1983 -2
WHEREAS certain improvements, including grading, stabilized base, hot -mix
bituminous mat, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalks, sewer, water, storm sewer
and other facilities, located as follows:
5th Street 63rd Avenue to Mississippi Street
are hereby ordered to be effected and completed as soon as reasonably
possible.
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the council adopted February 7, 1983, a
report has been prepared with reference to the improvement, and this report
was received by the council February 7, 1983;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fridley,
Anoka County, Minnesota as follows:
1. That the improvement of 5th Street from 63rd Avenue to Mississippi Street
is hereby ordered as proposed by Council resolutions.
2. That this improvement to be completed as a Municipal State Aid Street
Improvement Project.
3. That the Public Works Director, John G. Flora, City Hall, Fridley,
Minnesota, is hereby designated as the Engineer for this improvement. He
shall prepare final plans and specifications for the making of such
improvements.
