GMRAL POND AND THE SPECIAL REVENUE FUNDS
FOR THE YEAR
1982
WHEREAS, activity within the Revenue Sharing Fund
had additional expenditures
of $171 not budgeted for; and
WHEREAS, the Home Ownership Fund has expenditures
of $374 that were not
budgeted for; and
WHEREAS, the Cable TV Fund had expenditures and
revenues in the amount of
$87,900; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Division needs appropriated
expenditures in the amount
of $35,000 set up to cover HRA expenditures; and
WHEREAS, the amount of money needed in the Legal Division to cover additional
expenditures for work on the Massage Parlors, the
Osieczanek case, and the
DWI Law for $17,500;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the budgets
of the following divisions
and funds be amended as follows:
