RESOLUTION P=TESTING AN M=SION OF THE TIME PERIOD tAIR.
SUBMITTING2 DOCUMENTS FOR THE BEARIM REOORD CONCERNING THE
PROPOSED HAZARDOUS WASTE PROCESSING
OF FRIDLEY
' WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been scheduled at the City of Fridley Civic
Center on April 19, 1983 concerning the proposed Hazardous Waste Processing
Facility Siting in the City of Fridley; and
WHEREAS, a large number of the City residents and governmental organizations
cannot present their testimony at the Public Hearing; and
WHEREAS, an extension of the designated seven working day submital period
would allow additional documentation and comments to be submitted for the
hearing record.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Fridley
does hereby request the extension of time to receive written documents and
comments for the hearing record to May 17, 1983.
