RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHANGES IN THE APPROPRIATED AND
UNAPPROPRIATED FUND BALANCES IN THE GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, the City has established a practice of transferring money into the
Reserved for Working Capital Fund Balances for future expenditures; and
' WHEREAS, it is prudent financial management to reserve suns of money to cover
potential shortfalls in revenues from State, Federal or other funding sources;
and
WHEREAS, the City chooses to fully disclose those balances in terms of
Reserved for Working Capital Fund Balances.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the amount of $500,000 shall be
transferred from the General Fund Appropriated Fund Balance in 1982 into the
Reserved General Fund Reserved for Working Capital Fund Balance.
