RESOLUTION NO. 57 - 1983
RESOLUTION ENTERING INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF
MINNESTA AND THE CITY OF COLUMBIA HEIGHTS FOR A TRAFFIC
SIGNAL AT 52ND AVENUE AND T.H. #65
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Fridley enter into an agreement with the
' State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation, for the following purposes,
to wit:
To install a traffic control signal with street lights and signing
on Trunk Highway No. 65 at 52nd Avenue Northeast in accordance with
the terms and conditions set forth and contained in Agreement No.
61503, a copy of which was before the Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper officers of the City of Fridley be and
hereby are authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby assume for and on
behalf of the City all of the contractual obligations contained therein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 207H DAY OF
JUNE, 1983.
