RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING MUNICIPAL STATE -AID FUNDS TO
C.S.A.H. PROTECT NO. 02- 601 -26
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota,
as follows:
' WHEREAS, it has been deemed advisable and necessary for the City of Fridley to
participate in the cost of a traffic signal construction project located on
C.S.A.H. No. 1, (East River Road) and C.S.A.H. No. 2, (44th Avenue) within the
limits of said municipality, and
WHEREAS, said construction project has been approved by the Department of
Highways and identified in its records as S.P. No. 02- 601 -26.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley that
we do hereby appropriate from our Municipal State -Aid Funds the sum of 12,000
dollars to apply toward the construction of said project and request the
Canmissioner of Highways to approve this authorization.
