MODIFICATION BY THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY IN
AND FOR THE CITY OF FRIDLEY OF A REDEVELOPMENT PROTECT AND
A REDEVELOPMENT PLAN RELATING THERETO
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council ") of the City of Fridley,
Minnesota (the "City "), as follows:
1. Public Hearing. This Council shall meet on Monday, August 22, 1983, at
7:30 p.m., to hold a public hearing on the following matters: (a) the
modification by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of
a Redevelopment Project to be designated as Redevelopment Project No. 1
( "Redevelopment Project No. 1 ") and (b) the modification of the Redevelopment
Plan for Redevelopment Project No. 1 pursuant to and in accordance with
Minnesota Statutes, Sections 462.411 to 462.716, inclusive, as amended.
2. Notice of Hearing; Filing of Plans. The Clerk- Treasurer is authorized and
directed to cause notice of the hearing, substantially in the form attached
hereto as Exhibit A, to be given as required by law, to place a copy of the
proposed Modified Redevelopment Plan on file in the Clerk- Treasurer's office
and to make such plans available for inspection by the public, commencing
August 10, 1983.
3. Referral to Planning Commission. The Clerk- Treasurer is authorized and
directed to transmit a copy of the Modified Redevelopment Plan to the Planning
Commission to consider and comment on whether the Modified Redevelopment Plan
is in accordance with the Comprehensive Plan of the City.
