RESOLUTION NO. 78 - 1983
RESOLUTION CONCURRING WITH THE FRIDLEY HOUSING AND
REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY'S ACTION ESTABLISHING A GENERAL
RESERVE RESPECTING SECURITY FOR CERTAIN BONDS OF THE
AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the Fridley Housing and Redevelopment Authority has approved the
establishment of a General Reserve Respecting Security for certain Bonds of
the Authority with Resolution HRA--12 -83 on July 12, 1983; and
WHEREAS, the establishment of the General Reserve System is in the best
interest of the City of Fridley for the purpose of attracting and promoting
development which will provide for additional tax base and employment for its
residents.
N0g, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley that
it concurs with the action of the Fridley Housing and Redevelopment Authority
establishing a General Reserve Respecting Security for Certain Bonds of the
Authority.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 12TH DAY OF
SEPTEMBER, 1983.
