RESOLUTION NO. 93 - 1983
RESOLUTION CERTIFYING CHARGES TO THE COUNTY AUDITOR 70 BE
LEVIED AGAINST CERTAIN PROPERTIES FOR OOLLECTION WITH THE
TAXES PAYABLE IN 1984 (WEEDS)
WHEREAS, a nuisance Condition has been found to exist on the lots listed
below.
WHEREAS, the owner of such property was given notice to abate such nuisance,
and
WHEREAS, the owner of such property did not abate such nuisance and the City
of Fridley, under authority of Section 145.23 Minnesota State Statute of 1953,
did therefore abate the nuisance at a total of $901.52.
