A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SUBDIVISION, LOT SPLIT, L.S.
#83 -02, TO SPLIT LOT OFF LOT 12, BLOCK 1, CITY VIEW, AND
THAT PART OF LOT 13, BLACK 1, CITY VIEW, LYING WEST OF A
LINE 70 FEET EAST OF, AS MEASURED AT RIGHT ANGLES TO AND
PARALLEL WITH THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 12
WHEREAS, The City Council approved a lot split at the June 20, 1983, meeting,
and
WHEREAS, such approval was to split off Lot 12, Block 1, City View, and that
part of Lot 13, Block 1, City View, lying west of a line 70 feet east of, as
measured at right angles to and parallel with the west line of Lot 12, and
WHEREAS, the City has received the required Certificate of Survey from Richard
and Sonia Peterson, and
WHEREAS, such approval will make a new residential building site.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council directs the County of
Anoka to record this lot split within six months of this approval or else such
approval shall be null and void.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 3RD DAY OF
OCTOBER, 1983.
