RESOLUTION NO. 119 - 1984
RESOLUTION CERTIFYING CHARGES TO THE COUNTY AUDITOR TO BE
LEVIED AGAINST CERTAIN PROEPRTIES FOR COLLECTION WITH THE
TAXES PAYABLE IN 1985 (WEEDS)
WHEREAS, a nuisance condition has been found to exist on the lots listed
' below; and
WHEREAS, the owner of such property was given notice to abate such nuisance;
and
WHEREAS, the owner of such property did not abate such nuisance and the City
of Fridley, under authority of Section 145.23 Minnesota State Statutes of
1953, did therefore abate the nuisance at a total of $1863.48.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 1ST DAY OF
OCTOBER, 1984.
