A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SUBDIVISION, LOT SPLIT, L.S.
#82 -05, TO SPLIT LOT 18, AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION NO. 77. INTO
PARCELS A & B, THE SAME BEING 7355 AND 7365 EAST RIVER ROAD
N. E.
WHEREAS, The City Council approved a lot split at the April 18, 1983, meeting,
and
WHEREAS, such approval was to split off Parcel B (lying southerly of a line
parallel with and distant 197.0 feet north of, as measured at a right angle
to, the South line of said Lot 18) from Parcel A, both in Lot 18, Auditor's
Subdivision No. 77, the same being 7355 and 7365 East River Road in Fridley
WHEREAS, the City has received the required Certificate of Survey from Kunz
Oil Company, and
WHEREAS, such approval will allow development of Parcel B as a local
commercial business.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RFSCLVED, that the City Council directs the County of
Anoka to record this lot split within six months of this approval or else such
approval shall be null and void.
